It's time again for the annual Pinewood Derby. It will take place in the Kennesaw Elementary cafeteria (the same place that we hold the Pack meetings).
Scouts and leaders should wear Class A uniforms (those are the button-up shirts with your badges, neckerchief, hat, and belt).
The deadline for each racer to register his car will vary based on that scout's rank. The following is the tentative schedule for the Derby:
Registration opens at 8:00 am.
Tigers may register between 8:00 am and 8:45 am. Tiger races will begin at 9:00 am and will run through 9:30 am.
Wolves may register between 8:00 am and 9:15 am. Wolf races will begin at 9:30 am and will run through 10:00 am.
Bears may register between 8:00 am and 9:45 am. Bear races will begin at 10:00 am and will run through 10:30 am.
Webelos and leaders/siblings may register between 8:00 am and 10:15 am. Webelos races will begin at 10:30 am and will run through 11:00 am. Sibling/leader races will begin at 11:00 am and will run through 11:30 am.
The awards ceremony will begin at noon.
The Pack Championship heats for the fastest scout cars in the derby will begin at 12:30 pm and run through 1:00 pm.

Registration for this event is open to a maximum of 300 people. There are currently 300 slots still available.
